SEQUABAT, a subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP specialising in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business and residential property, recently handed over the keys to a new housing programme in Montpellier (Hérault). This project required 18 months of work and now offers 58 homes in the heart of the Pierre Vives eco-district.
