Through this new project, IDEC GRAND SUD further demonstrates its commitment to supporting clients and delivering high-performance, people-focused and sustainable healthcare facilities.
A key project to modernize La Parisière Clinic
The project involves the refurbishment and extension of several key departments within the clinic, while maintaining ongoing operations.
The works notably include:
- The redevelopment of the new reception area and consultation rooms within the historic château building
- The balneotherapy department, including an extension to accommodate a gym
- A physiotherapy area
- A short-stay outpatient unit
- The creation of a Post-Acute Care and Rehabilitation (SSR) department
- A new dining facility
In total, the project represents more than 3,000 sqm of refurbished and newly constructed space, delivered in successive phases through to the end of 2026.
The refurbishment also includes the creation of 27 new rooms, with a constant focus on quality, comfort and compliance with regulations applicable to healthcare facilities open to the public (ERP type U).
Proven expertise in healthcare refurbishment
The works will be carried out on an occupied site, requiring rigorous planning to ensure continuity of care while maintaining the safety of patients and medical teams.
