After several months of design work, the IDEC GRAND SUD teams have been commissioned by a private investor to build an office complex in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière (34).Construction of this 1,581 m² project will begin in January 2022 with delivery in 2023.
On a rapidly developing business park, ideally located on the northern outskirts of Montpelier, IDEC GRAND SUD is building a new services project. On the outskirts of the Bois de St-Sauveur woodland with pine and oak trees spanning nearly 100 hectares, a 1,581m² single-story building will be built. The office space available for lease has just been put on the market and the first excavations will begin in mid-January 2022. Delivery is scheduled for January 2023.
