On December 20, 2024, IDEC GRAND SUD officially signed a Contrat de Promotion Immobilière (CPI) with MOSAÏQUE ARCHÉOLOGIE, a recognized operator in preventive archaeology. This ambitious project marks a new milestone in the development of the organization, dedicated to the study of protohistoric, ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary periods across France.
A headquarters designed for excellence and sustainability
The future headquarters, with a total floor area of 662.70 sqm (GFA), will bring together an activity hub, analysis laboratories, offices for support functions, and social areas.
- Ground floor: main reception area, activity hub, changing rooms and technical room
- First floor: laboratories, open-space library resources area, offices, meeting room, and cafeteria with terrace
This modern and functional two-storey building will also reflect a strong eco-responsible approach, including the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. The energy component of the project is managed by IDEC ENERGY SOLAR, a subsidiary of GROUPE IDEC.
A well-controlled schedule
Building permit obtained: September 18, 2024
Construction start (work order): April 2025
Construction duration: 11 months
Scheduled delivery: February 2026
The project will also include 16 car parking spaces, meeting the needs of both employees and visitors.
With this new contract, IDEC GRAND SUD once again demonstrates its expertise in designing and constructing buildings tailored to the specific needs of its clients, while meeting environmental commitments and delivery deadlines.
