Facing rapid growth, Terravita, a French specialist in preventive health and sports nutrition, has chosen to expand its logistics capacity. Its future site in Cavaillon (84), located within the business park developed by Faubourg Aménagement, will bring together a modern warehouse and functional office spaces to support its development.
Final stages of the project
The construction site is now entering its final phase. Finishing works are underway, as well as external works (roads and utilities), which are scheduled to be completed by the end of March.
Official delivery is planned for April 15, 2025, with early access to the warehouse granted from March 17 to allow the client to install storage racks.
A successful collaboration
To bring this project to life, Terravita relied on the expertise of IDEC GRAND SUD, a specialist in the design and construction of commercial buildings. With a total floor area of 3,205 sqm, this future storage and order preparation facility will soon be operational.
To mark this key milestone, a site lunch was organized on February 21, bringing together the construction teams, the client, and partner companies in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
