IDEC GRAND SUD awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the Saint-Martin Clinic in Ollioules (83) for Ramsay Santé

IDEC GRAND SUD is proud to announce the signing of the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the Saint-Martin psychiatric clinic in Ollioules (83). This major project, carried out for the client Ramsay Santé, aims to modernize the facility in order to improve patient care and optimize working conditions for healthcare staff.

The project team

The project design is led by a consortium including BET BEMING, responsible for engineering, and Atelier Brigitte Galloni, in charge of architectural supervision.

IDEC GRAND SUD is acting as a general contractor (all trades) for the execution of the works. In collaboration with the design team, IDEC GRAND SUD has also contributed to the technical optimization of the project, proposing adaptations that meet both the client’s technical and financial requirements.

An ambitious project for an optimized care environment

This program is based on a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building, combined with a modern extension, to provide facilities that meet current standards in mental healthcare.

59 new rooms created

41 refurbished rooms, for a total of 100 beds

An optimized layout offering a more functional and welcoming environment

Enhancement of the site’s architectural and volumetric qualities

Room organization designed to prioritize south-facing exposure for improved patient comfort

A multi-phase project

The works will be carried out in two main stages: Extension and Refurbishment.

Extension (15 months)

Scheduled delivery: end of June 2026

Construction of 59 new rooms

Refurbishment of existing buildings (12 months in 3 phases)

Scheduled delivery: end of July 2027

Phase 3 (3 months): refurbishment of the central area

Phase 1 (4 months): refurbishment of the left wing over 3 levels and the kitchen

Phase 2 (5 months): refurbishment of the right wing over 3 levels

The extension of the Saint-Martin Clinic in Ollioules highlights IDEC GRAND SUD’s expertise in delivering healthcare buildings that meet the highest standards, fully aligned with the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.

This project is part of a long-term partnership with the group, following the ongoing refurbishment and extension works at La Recouvrance Clinic in Fronton (Haute-Garonne). These two projects mark the beginning of a strategic collaboration between IDEC GRAND SUD and Ramsay Santé, set to grow through future operations.
