In Fronton, IDEC GRAND SUD is actively continuing the refurbishment and extension works of La Recouvrance Clinic, a facility specialized in addiction treatment. This ambitious project, carried out in an occupied site, aims to modernize the infrastructure and increase the accommodation capacity from 45 to 65 beds.
La Recouvrance Clinic transforms to better support its patients
The project includes the construction of an 862 sqm extension, spread over three levels. It will feature 20 additional rooms across two levels, while a lower ground level will accommodate offices and activity rooms.
In addition, a veranda will be added to the existing dining area to support the increased number of residents. At the same time, six rooms in the existing building will be fully refurbished.

Project progress update
As of May 23, 2025, the project is progressing well. Structural works have now been completed, the roof is being finalized, and interior fit-out works are advancing rapidly.
Partitions, lining systems and suspended ceilings will be completed in the coming days, along with technical systems including plumbing, HVAC and electrical installations. Finishing works—particularly flooring and painting—will begin in early June.
Refurbishment of the existing rooms will follow the same schedule, with an estimated duration of one to one and a half months.

Delivery scheduled for this summer
The pre-handover inspections (OPR) for the interior installations are scheduled for the end of June 2025.
The project is progressing on schedule while respecting the constraints of a fully operational healthcare facility. This transformation will enable La Recouvrance Clinic to welcome patients in an even more suitable, modern and comfortable environment.
IDEC GRAND SUD is continuing its collaboration with Ramsay Santé through a new project: the Saint-Martin Clinic in Ollioules (83), involving a refurbishment and extension program aimed at modernizing this mental health facility to improve patient care and staff comfort.
