At the beginning of January, IDEC GRAND SUD and Groupe SPM signed an agreement to work together on the construction of an office complex in Arles (13).The construction of this project, which will eventually encompass 4,400 m², will begin in the coming weeks.
A lease off plan (BEFA) signed with the French mutual insurance company MACIF
This office complex, consisting of two three-story buildings, which will cover 4,400 m², has already found a tenant: MACIF Assurances. To comply with the company’s sustainable development ethos, the project will be built on a plot of land located in an urban area, bordering on natural surroundings.
Reasoned architecture
The architect, Pascal Megias, designed a building with a minimalist, contemporary shape that fulfills the requirements of quality and durability. Large transversal openings allow natural light to penetrate between the 2 volumes. The optimal location on the plot creates a harmonious balance between a parking lot with 200 spaces for cars, a parking lot dedicated to more ecological transport and extensive green spaces that provide a pleasant atmosphere.
13 months of work
The work, carried out by the IDEC GRAND SUD teams, will begin next March for delivery 13 months later, in April 2023. MACIF will be able to start moving in when the first phase of the building is handed over, which is expected to be no later than February 2023.
