The private social landlord, Foncière Logement has just awarded Sequabat, a subsidiary of the IDEC Group, the contract for the construction of the Gamay residence in Sartrouville (Yvelines).
This high quality project, bring together a good looking building which is well integrated into its environment, while keeping costs down. It includes a building with 20 homes and nine villas on a total ground area of 2649 m².
Sequabat will be doing the work, which begins in June 2017 with the provisional handover date set for the end of 2018.
