The refurbishment and extension of La Recouvrance Clinic in Fronton (31), led by IDEC GRAND SUD for the Ramsay Santé Group, is entering a decisive phase.
A turning point for La Recouvrance Clinic through its transformation
Launched in 2024, the restructuring of La Recouvrance Clinic marks a major turning point for this facility specializing in addiction treatment. Led by the Ramsay Santé Group, a leading European private healthcare provider, the project aims to modernize the infrastructure while increasing patient capacity.
Designed in collaboration with TAM Architecture, the project reflects a shared ambition to offer an increasingly adapted care pathway within a comfortable and secure environment.

Building extension: handover imminent
The clinic’s extension, recognizable by its rust-colored metal cladding and perforated steel staircase, is now complete.
Client handover of the new building is scheduled for the end of September 2025, while the safety commission inspection will take place on October 14, 2025.
This new wing will provide increased capacity and redesigned spaces to better support patients throughout their care journey.
Refurbishment of existing buildings ongoing
At the same time, partial refurbishment of six rooms in Building C is underway, with delivery scheduled for October 2025.

External works and project completion
External works (roads and utilities) are scheduled to continue until mid-November 2025.
All operations are expected to be completed by the end of November 2025, in line with the established schedule.
