FAUBOURG PROMOTION has acquired a plot of land near Signes (83), on the edge of the Castellet racetrack, where the French Formula 1 Grand Prix is held every year. This business park features several buildings constructed by IDEC GRAND SUD, designer and builder of GROUPE IDEC.
A site in an ideal location
FAUBOURG PROMOTION has acquired a plot of land with a total surface area of eight hectares, on which the subsidiary of GROUPE IDEC is developing a business park. The entire park is located next to the Paul Ricard racetrack and its international airport. The business park, near Signes, is located at the crossroads of three major cities in the Provence-Alps-Côte d’Azur region: Marseilles, Aix-en-Provence and Toulon.
The second phase of this project is built on a 6,800 m² plot of land that comprises two buildings with a total of eight units, each for sale separately. The entire park is currently on the market.
Two buildings with eight units
Buildings A and B, which make up the second phase, have a total building area of 2,700 m². Each building consists of four commercial units ranging from 320 to 400 m² and including an office area with a mezzanine. The architecture of the buildings has been designed to evoke the character of the estate in which the project is located. In keeping with its eco-responsible approach, FAUBOURG PROMOTION has commissioned IDEC ENERGY to install solar panels on the roofs of its buildings, spanning a surface area of 1,300 m². The generated electricity will be re-injected into the grid.
The work has begun
The IDEC GRAND SUD teams started the works at the end of May, which are in the phase of building the primary networks and platforms. The structural work will begin at the end of June with the foundations. The roof will be delivered to IDEC ENERGY at the end of October for the solar panels to be installed.
Delivery of the real estate complex to FAUBOURG PROMOTION is scheduled for December 2022.
