The teams of IDEC GRAND SUD are currently working on a residential project in Montpelier (34) comprising 72 homes.This program, Les Terrasses de l’Opéra, backed by FAUBOURG IMMOBILIER, is progressing in leaps and bounds with a tour of the apartments conducted in recent days.
A program developed by FAUBOURG IMMOBILIER
In the heart of the Pierres Vives eco-district in Montpelier (34), IDEC GRAND SUD is in charge of building a program developed by GROUPE IDEC’s residential property developer FAUBOURG IMMOBILIER. This operation, designed around a landscaped garden, will feature two relatively small buildings of 39 and 33 housing units, spanning 3,700 m².
72 housing units, from studios to 4-bedroom homes
The two buildings will be erected with 5 floors and two basement levels and will offer apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes with an architecture largely inspired by the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood. Most of the properties will open onto balconies, loggias or terraces so that future occupants can enjoy the outdoor facilities and gardens.
Delivery at the end of 2022
The building work for this operation is progressing at a great pace in order to respect IDEC GRAND SUD’s commitments to deliver at the end of the year. Over the past few days, the teams have organized a partition visit, enabling the developer FAUBOURG IMMOBILIER to check that the work complies with the plans validated when the Real Estate Development Contract was signed.
Upon completion of the work, FAUBOURG IMMOBILIER will deliver the entire residence to BATIGERE, which has already purchased the 72 housing units.
