IDEC GRAND SUD is assisting IDEC SPORT in designing and building its future racing team in Signes (83), on the edge of the Castellet racetrack, on a site developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION This 3,500 m² project will be organized around three buildings comprising a workshop, an administrative area and an engineering area. One of the buildings will be dedicated to concierge and premium services for private sports cars.
Since work began in October 2021, IDEC GRAND SUD’s teams have been working hard to adhere to the schedule set by their client. The roofs have been fitted to all three buildings. The carpenters are currently working on getting all the buildings airtight, which is targeted for mid-September. The backfill in front of the main facades is fully completed and the brick facades will be fully completed in the next few days.
